Redlands lost a movie theater, but gained a new one in the exact same spot.
Studio Movie Grill at 340 N. Eureka St. is now LOOK Dine-In Cinemas. The 14-screen theater opened under its new name on July 1. LOOK Dine-In Cinemas was founded by Brian Schultz, who also created Studio Movie Grill, and he told the Redlands Community News that most of the employees from Studio Movie Grill are back to work at LOOK.
Schultz also promised a higher-quality experience and delicious food — including sushi made to order — as well as plenty of different viewing experiences, from blockbusters to documentaries to sports, courtesy of a partnership with Netflix and Amazon. The Redlands theater is LOOK Dine-In Cinemas’ second location, with the first already open in Dallas. —Catherine
