Resilient Redlands project documents life amid pandemic

The A.K. Smiley Public Library wants members of the community to share their experiences during the coronavirus pandemic, so future generations can have a sense of what this time was like.

The “Resilient Redlands: COVID-19 and Our Town” project is being spearheaded by the library’s Division of Special Collections. Redlanders can electronically submit stories, photos, drawings and paintings, poetry, and anything else documenting the pandemic for inclusion in the library’s COVID-19 remembrance collection.

Participants can upload their documents and photographs to a Resilient Redlands portal, or send them to heritage@akspl.org. —Catherine
