As part of its Making it Magical online series, Mansion Memories will present a virtual event with Gardenworks for Kids on Sunday, Aug. 30 at 4 p.m.
Gardenworks for Kids is a nonprofit children’s learning garden, and during Making it Magical, viewers will take a virtual tour of the garden, listen to a story, and learn how to make an easy and affordable terrarium.
Mansion Memories provides kids in crisis with unforgettable experiences, and amid the pandemic, the nonprofit has been holding online events. The organization is proud to collaborate with Gardenworks for Kids, saying the group is “dedicated to giving children an opportunity to explore, touch, and experience a garden,” which is “not only fun, but educational and allows children to have a ‘hands-on’ adventure to explore the power of nature and the environment.” —Catherine
