The Redlands dining scene continues to expand, and this time, ramen is on the menu.
Ramen Song will open at 22 E. Vine Street sometime this summer, with the restaurant sharing on Facebook that it hopes to start welcoming diners in mid-July.
Ramen Song bills itself as an izakaya, which is essentially a Japanese tavern. The restaurant’s sign says it will serve noodles, beer, and sake, and on social media, management is sharing photos of test dishes being whipped up by Chef Al Kim, including spicy miso ramen, gyoza, takoyaki, and pork meatballs. —Catherine
