A new restaurant inspired by the food of Mexico City is coming to Redlands.
Machete will open this summer at 1580 Barton Road, Unit C. On its website, Machete explains that it’s named after a taco made with a long oval tortilla; once folded, the tortilla resembles a machete.
The restaurant is now hiring and accepting applications online. —Catherine
