Arteco Partners to announce plans for historic MOD Packing House

The historic Mutual Orange Distributors (MOD) Packing House is about to become a culinary destination.

Built in 1912 as a citrus packing house, it stood empty for several years before being purchased by Arteco Partners. On Saturday, May 18, at 10 a.m., Mayor Paul Foster will join Arteco Partners President Jerry Tessler to share details about the building’s renovation and formally announce its name and logo. It has already been announced that the building will be converted into a culinary marketplace with more than a dozen eateries.

During the Reveal and Tour Event, the public is invited to take guided tours of the building, learning about its history along the way. Project plans and renderings will be on display. Visitors will also receive merchandise with the new project’s logo, as well as refreshments, courtesy of another Arteco Partners project: the Riverside Food Lab.

The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 330 3rd St., Redlands.  â€”Catherine
