Redlanders of all ages and abilities are encouraged to sign up for the 11th annual Community Day of Service on April 27.
During the Day of Service, volunteers will tackle projects across town, including planting new trees and landscaping at the Redlands Skate Park, cleaning up at Hillside Memorial Park, and doing trail improvement work at Heritage Park. The event will run from 9 a.m. to noon, and volunteers will be treated to a free lunch and entertainment at Heritage Park.
Participants should bring work gloves and yard tools like rakes and shovels, and wear sunscreen. For more information and to sign up, visit ServeRedlands.org. —Catherine
