It’s the beginning of a new era for Oscar’s Mexican Restaurant.
After decades on 5th Street, Oscar’s moved just down the block to 256 E. Citrus Ave., next to Mozart’s. The restaurant reopened on Nov. 9 at 10 a.m., with a limited menu to start. —Catherine
