Need fabric for a quilt, or looking for someone to teach you how to sew? Consider taking a trip down to the Shabby Rose Quilting Cottage.
Shabby Rose is shabby chic, with the spacious shop filled with chandeliers, beautiful quilts on the walls, and large tables for sewing. There are hundreds of different fabrics available, in addition to notions, patterns, and kits for sale. Classes are held throughout the week, and there are sewing groups held almost every day.
Shabby Rose is at 310 Alabama St., Suite C, and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The store is closed on Sundays.
