In Redlands on Sept. 15, it will be the Day for Kids.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside is holding a community block party at its Hansberger Clubhouse in Redlands from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Day for Kids is a nationwide event celebrating children and their communities, and will also take place in Riverside.
“Day for Kids is an opportunity for everyone in San Bernardino and Riverside counties to celebrate our youth,” Mark Davis, senior vice president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside, said.
The Day for Kids is free for all participants, and will feature food, games, music, crafts, and booths. There will also be free vision screenings and glasses referrals for kids between the ages of 5 and 18.
