Bob’s Discount Furniture wants you to bring the whole family out to its grand opening celebration over Labor Day weekend.
Bob’s Discount Furniture is opening in Citrus Plaza, taking over the space vacated by Sport Chalet. Bob’s sells bedroom, living room, and dining room sets, mattresses, recliners, sofas, and home accessories, and is opening three other stores in Southern California: Palm Desert, Torrance, and Bell Gardens. They always offer shoppers complimentary cookies, candy, coffee, and ice cream.
The grand opening schedule is as follows:
Aug. 30 -31:
Face painters and balloon clowns from 3 to 8 p.m.
Sept. 1-2:
Face painters and balloon clowns from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sept. 3:
Face painters and balloon clowns from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
KTWV-FM Radio Street Team from 4 to 6 p.m.
Food trucks will also be on site every day during the grand opening festivities.
Bob’s Discount Furniture’s regular store hours will be Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
