Redlands firefighters stop blaze near Outer Highway 10

The Redlands Fire Department quickly responded to a brush fire on the western end of Outer Highway 10 on Tuesday afternoon, extinguishing the blaze after about 45 minutes.

The fire on the hillside was reported at about 3 p.m., the Redlands Fire Department said on Facebook. By the time the flames were put out, the fire had burned slightly more than three acres. The department said no injuries have been reported, and no structures appear to be damaged. The fire is now under investigation.
